If you follow what is in the press, you may think that no homes are selling in Florida. Not true! We just sold a villa at 21933 Masters Circle in Pelican Sound in four days. 

I am hear to remind you what you already know.  Well-priced homes in good condition in preferred communities are selling!  It reminds us all that real estate is very local in nature.  It is hard to make summary statements about home sales levels for an entire city or state. 

In the end you need to dig deeper, the demand for your home may differ greatly on type of home you have and in what neighborhood.  We are seeing big swings in demand between 2 different neighborhoods and even two different type of homes within the same neighborhood.
