Estero is fast growing area, located between Ft Myers and Bonita Springs.  Lesser known and established than Ft Myers or Bonita Springs, Estero has very similar makeup of golf course communities, retail shopping and restaurants. 

Estero also allows close proximity to Naples, the beaches and other Southwest Florida activities.  An added benefit is that Estero is very new and much of the building has occurred int he last five years.  Take a look at the development reports to learn about development in Estero!
