4. When you determine the timing is right, the agent will setup showing appointments & take you to the listings. 

5. If you proceed with a purchase the agent is there 100% of the way to provide comps on the purchase, suggest an offer price, write the contract, negotiate on your behalf & facilitate a successful closing.
